Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) provides a different educational space. It is a programme initiated by the Government of India and designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., access, equity, and quality.
Manonmaniam Sundaranar University is launching new means of teaching-learning by introducing digital technologies; thus enabling flexible access to a range of interactive courses developed and taught by instructors from the nationwide.
The university has made amendments in the BoS Regulations and passed resolutions in the SCAA to incorporate provisions for transfer of credits for MOOCs courses as per UGC Regulations. This practice will be followed by the University Departments during the Even Semester2018-19.
