2. Merlin Sobia Poomani (Register Number: 19214012022033) successfully completed her Ph.D. research on “Valorization of Wheat Straw with Efficient Enzymatic Saccharification and Fermentation to Bioethanol using Cow’s Rumen Yeast Pichia kudriavzevii SVMS2019.” Her degree was awarded on 27.06.2025.
3. Boobala Baghavan (Register Number: 19214012021012) is currently pursuing his Ph.D. on “Genomic and Transcriptomic Approaches to Understanding Drought Tolerance in Foxtail Millet and Indian Millet (Setaria italica).” His research is currently in progress, and he is expected to complete his thesis by 2027.
4. Syed Ali Fathima Beevi (Register Number: 19214012022013) is engaged in an ongoing Ph.D. research program focused on “Transcriptomic Analysis of the Bicolored Frog Clinotarsus curtipes.” Her research is currently in progress, and she is expected to complete her thesis by 2027.

Srikanth Mariappan (Register Number: 2421401201001) is presently carrying out his doctoral research on “Genomic and Transcriptomic Insights into Thermotolerant Yeast Pichia kudriavzevii for Enhanced Ethanol Production.” His research is currently in progress, and he is expected to complete her thesis by 2029.
