• Subject Expert of the Four Men Committee constituted for revision of UGC-NET syllabus of the discipline ‘Education’ (Nov. 2017)

•  When served as the Director of Centre for Campus Development (from 19.08.2016 to 14.10.2020), the University has bagged the fifth place in the Swachh Campus Ranking 2019 for HEIs; Evaluated the technical bids of the Tenderers for Installation of 1.2  MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant in the University Campus; The face value of the University had been enhanced through the infrastructure – 1 MV Solar Plant in the campus, Quarters for Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and Professors, Tar Road in the whole campus, Compound Wall, Grassland and 99 feet Flag Mast

• Received ‘Best Department Award’ from the International Association of Lions Clubs, Lions Club of Tirunelveli Green City, Team Trust, Tirunelveli on 9.12.2023 for helping the economically deprived persons during the month of November every year
• Celebrated the International Giving Tuesday for the past 4 years (2021-24) with the contribution of about 5 lakhs by alumni, scholars, students and teachers of the Department of Education providing Rs.17,000/- per head to ten familes of relicts (2024); seven sewing machines, two artificial limbs, groceries and money for a surgery to 10 families with acute PWDs (2023); ceiling fans, torch lights and water heater to 30 lepers in St Luke’s Leprosarium, Peikulam (2022) and cloths and nutritious edibles to 70 patients in the Department of Oncology, Tirunelveli Government Medical College and 27 senior citizens in an Old Age Home (2021).
• Practiced ‘Clean Green Scheme’ by involving students and faculty, Department of Education in campus cleaning activity to emphasis Swacch Bharat Scheme (2015-24).
